The Laurence Lands
The Laurence Lands are vacant DCC owned lands along the Oscar Traynor Rd above Gaelscoil Cholmchille. A previous decision to build a Maxol petrol station on the lands was opposed by the local residents and eventually opposed by the council. The lands have significant development potential for local community facilities and amenities. I’ve set up a survey to allow local residents to put forward their views on how the land should used be used.
